Statewide Field Trip with the Florida Homeschool Association!

YOU'RE INVITED:

Gather with other Florida homeschoolers at Tampa's Clearwater Aquarium! Together, we will enjoy a special discounted rate on a fun-filled, educational day to celebrate homeschooling and marine science! 

We have secured a special discounted rate for you and your families! To take advantage of this special pricing, you must purchase your tickets via this website (this rate will not be honored at the door). All entering must purchase a ticket.

Your entrance fee covers an entire day of learning and discovery!

THIS IS A SELF-GUIDED EXPERIENCE:

Stay with our group or branch out in any way your curiosity takes you. After entering, you are welcome to take advantage of the facility on your own schedule. For your planing, the Aquarium closes at 6:00 pm.

TICKETS:

Purchase a ticket for every member in your party (including all adults, all grandparents, all chaperones and all children of all ages, yes even little ones need a ticket). Every family must purchase at least one adult ticket.  (Tickets are normally between $26.95-$35.95 and our rate is $5.50-6.50 per person, so please do not ask us ticket questions simply purchase tickets at our special rate and buy a ticket for EVERY member of your party, no matter what age.)

******** The last day to purchase tickets is October 21. After October 21, there will be no more tickets available, so please plan accordingly. To guarantee enough tickets, and for easier record-keeping (for us!), we recommend buying all tickets for your party at one time, on one receipt.

Arrive no later than 10:15 a.m. to check in with group. There will be a brief delay as we assemble together, to insure that we can enter as a group. Please arrive no later than 10:15, as late arrivals may not be permitted to enter and may forfeit the entrance fee. Be sure to check in with the FLHSA field trip ambassador to be counted!

We are sorry, but due to the nature of this event, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.

After entering, you can stay all day until closing!

LIABILITY:

By purchasing tickets, you agree to enjoy the facility and these activities at your own risk and hold harmless the Florida Homeschool Association, its employees and its partners. Please supervise your children. Keep your belongings with you at all times. Lock your vehicles. Take whatever health precautions you feel are necessary to protect yourselves against contagious disease at your own discretion.

NO DROP OFFS:

Parents must be present with their children at all times. This is NOT a drop-off event and child care is NOT provided. 

PARTY SIZE:

We have been advised the following; please take note:

• Ticket purchases of 10 or more must include at least one adult.
• Ticket purchases of 5 of more or parties which include children with special needs must include at least one adult.

PARKING:

There is a flat $10 parking fee at the aquarium. You will pay parking individually as you arrive. Ticket pricing does not include parking.

LUNCH INFORMATION:

There are no restaurants or vending machines at the venue. Families are responsible for packing their own lunches to consume on their own. (We are not organizing a group lunch, and prefer families take breaks whenever it is convenient for them.)
